Food Safety is always top of mind when you are operating a commercial foodservice establishment. FSTC is teaming up with Abraham Wilson, AKA Mr. Food Safety to discuss the important role that preventative maintenance plays in food safety. FSTC's Denis Livchak will talk about the importance of maintaining commercial equipment, refrigeration, ice machines and water heating in relation to food safety.

Its going to be an information filled seminar that will have you walking away with tips and tricks to help you keep your food safe!

Mr. Food Safety is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Biology. He is the former Corporate Sanitarian for Standard Brands and enjoyed nine year tenure as an instructor at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
Denis Livchak works as a Research Engineer for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Food Service Technology Center. He started his career testing performance and energy consumption of commercial cooking appliances in the lab and in the field. Now he is focusing on commercial foodservice refrigeration equipment ranging from ice cream makers and refrigerated prep tables to walk in refrigeration and ice machines.
